#confession When I first started Intermittent Fasting, I was scared. I'm the girl who gets HANGRY when she goes more than 3 hours without food. Y'all don't wanna be around me when I havn't had something to eat! But, once I started Intermittent Fasting regularly, I realized, I don't get HANGRY anymore.
