"Cecil?" he gently shook his husband's shoulder to wake him up, "Darling, I think it's time."
Cecil muttered sleepily for a moment, then sat bolt upright in bed, eyes wide. “It’s time? L-like, time-time?” He sprang out of bed and began pulling a pair of trousers over his pajama pants. “Just breathe, Darling. In and out, nice deep breaths...” He managed to awkwardly button the pants, then began rooting around for a shirt. “Okay... okay... where do we need to go, the hospital? The biomech lab? Oh, beams, where are my glasses?”
