Strive for progress, not perfection Purple Gold Yoga Mat
Each day brings you one step closer to achieving financial freedom.
Strive for progress, not perfection.
When it comes to your finances, it’s okay to strive for progress, not perfection.
Sunday Funday AKA Parents Cook Dinner
Today was a tough day had one meal tracked which was breakfast tried to get in as much protein as possible leaving carbs low so when I went to my parents I wouldn't have to worry all that much. Got there enjoy some chips, lots of water as my dad proceeded to make fresh white chocolate and cranberry scones as a snack along with sweet potato gnocchi, porkroast with a fruit stuffing, season chicken and veggies which I samples a bit of it all with a tad extra gnocchi in there and to close it out a small bowl of peanut butter ice cream. I totally feel bloated and full but I want to have a snack before bed. I know I don't need it so in order to change my mindset I came home, drank water and brushed my teeth. Hopfully this keeps me at by.
Most people are driven by the need to belong. I can never relate to this, as I’m solely driven by the need to become the best.
The best version of myself. What’s the point of scrambling our whole lives to belong, instead of contributing to evolution and improving things in some way?
I completely lack empathy for narrow-mindedness in people. I constantly strive for advancement; reaching goals, making the best out of everything. Putting up with less than whatever I ask for and settling for worse than what I expect from life could never be my way of living.
I don’t expect you to understand. jt
