I was talking to a mutual yesterday. We were talking about bodies. They gave me this quote.

"After years of being insecure with myself and my body, I am finally secure and find myself beautiful and attractive. I just wish that I could find someone else who felt that way about me and my body."

I nearly cried. I feel this in my soul..💔

Prioritizing men or relationships is not weak. If you desire that, make it a priority. A lot of trends are now shaming women for wanting relationships & family instead of just careers, education or money.

Love, companionship and romantic relationships are basic human needs & desires. It doesn't make you weak. Don't let anyone shame you for wanting & prioritizing that in your life.

Rest is a requirement not something you need to earn. The reminder we all need. In a capitalist society we are taught that rest days are an earned luxury but everyone deserves rest just for existing. We need to unlearn hustle culture, having to work all day is not living is surviving. We need to ask for the right to rest.
