Cause sometimes the strong ones need you the most. -Destiny Rogers
okay so im feeling really normal right now, and am going to be really normal about torune and shino real quick, cause i think about it a regular amount and feel no particular strong way about it,, its just the thing is,, thats basically the only fucking reasonable character building for literally any character at all since like,, the fucking chunin exams,,,, they just walked in like, whats good, shinos got a brother that he only lived with for a small part of his childhood but he really looked up to and hey real quick,, he wanted to carry around a part of his brother with him and fed his own hive to torunes to keep them alive until his own bugs developed antibodies and then he became the only person torune had every touched without dying because he spent so long cultivating a way for that to happen and also there were other people better typed to beat torune but this was his brother so he had to do it and then they let him actually say goodbye to his brother and ahhhhhhhhh
...I freaking love my muses. Fuck, I wanna write them so bad.
@aoiiryoku said: Dabi walked silently towards their room which they shared. Arriving, azure landed on his lover, taking in the sight before him before slender legs carried him closer. Within one of his hands, was a specially made ring with his name engraved on the inside. Without explaining, Dabi took one of his lover's hands to carefully, with calm decorating his features, guide the ring onto Tomura's ring finger and thus displaying his own as well, that held Tomura's name instead of his. "Yours."
There is something odd about Dabi just then. Tomura can tell by the way he stands quietly and how his expression doesn’t change when his gaze meets Tomura’s own. Whatever Dabi is thinking about seems to be important. Is this why he sought Tomura out?
The notion prompts Tomura to spin around in his chair and disregard whatever he has been reading on his computer. He doesn’t immediately say anything, is instead watching Dabi as he makes his way over and takes his hand into his own.
Surprise clouds Tomura’s features when Dabi extracts a wedding band from his pocket. His eyes flicker away from the ring and up to Dabi’s face, but the expression he finds there remains unchanged. He seems...confident though; like there is no doubt that this is what he should be doing. He doesn’t look nervous at all. And...Ah. He is wearing a ring, too.
Okay then, Tomura thinks. He exhales and lets Dabi put the ring on his finger. The metal is warm against his cold skin, no doubt because Dabi has been carrying it. Surprisingly, the band fits perfectly. It hugs him nicely and isn’t in danger of slipping off.
Tomura is so busy looking at the thing, he almost misses when Dabi finally says something. Still, Tomura hears it. The one word manages to quicken his heart rate in the best of ways.
Yours. Mine.
Somewhat overwhelmed, Tomura blinks a few times. He is still looking at the ring, now touching it with his other hand and feeling its texture. Tomura wonders where Dabi stole it from. It’s really, really nice and definitely not cheap if acquired by conventional means. He thinks there is something engraved on the inside, too.
Tomura has no doubt that he won’t ever take it off again. He’ll gladly show the world who he belongs to, no matter the dangers associated with this very action. Tomura won’t let any harm come to Dabi. Really, they’ve painted a target on Dabi’s back ever since they’ve become more open with showing their affections. Maybe, it won’t make too much of a difference.
Without him realizing, a smile started tugging on Tomura’s lips. He notices now though, thanks to the slight ache that is growing in his cheeks. The warmth blossoming in his chest tells him clearly that what he is feeling is happiness. Well, that and another, much stronger emotion.
“Thanks,” Tomura says. No words could do his feelings justice though, so he takes Dabi’s hand into his and interlaces their fingers. Then, he kisses him.
Yours, his heart says, making his lips speak it against Dabi’s own.
