There are some pics on here somewhere, tagged with my username. Currently bulked up, starting cut now will be done in two months and will post pcs then. Because at the moment I’19% BF… 240lbs 6ft3. So still pretty ok, but too much to show off! ;)
Currently working on a 4 day split, which goes a little something like this: back/biceps, chest/triceps, legs/biceps, shoulders/triceps. Routine depends on which gym I’m in, I’m a member at a couple because I travel a lot for my internship. I also don’t necessarily do arms every day, just when I think they can take it and had enough rest.
Started doing cardio this week again, just after my workout but I hate it :P
Eating currently IIFYM on maintenance of 2795cals P/C/F = 40/40/20
