I’m really intrigued by how Andy and Lauren describe their powers. Andy says he pushes items apart, while Lauren says she pulls things together. I feel like normally it’d be worded the opposite, that you’d see Andy’s powers described as pulling things apart and Lauren’s as pushing things together. But the way they word it seems more like Lauren’s is removing the space between molecules by pulling them together, while Andy’s is that he shoves them apart. It’s a different action, a different type of force, even if the results are similar, and I just kind of really want to see that mentioned or shown in some way that dives into that subtle difference the wording implies. Although that might explain why Andy can send someone flying backwards with his abilities. It’s a shove, not a pull, which allows him to "push” people and objects away from himself.
It also makes me wonder about Lauren’s ability and if it only applies to air molecules, like we’ve seen. And even if it is, can she pull air together inside a sealed object, affectively creating less space and causing the object to collapse in on itself? I really want these questions answered, but I also don’t want the writers to give us an answer that screws with what’s been established, because I feel like there’s a good chance I’ve thought about this more than they have.
