This might be an odd thought, but do you think there might some organisms in the Trekverse who were created or evolved into their full potential because of the Burn? Similar to the animals in real life that are evolving to adapt to Chernobyl? So far we have species negatively affected by the Burn, but what if there are also sentient beings who see the Burn as part of their creation myth? I'd like to see an episode about those two clashing viewpoints.
I loved Sam on first sight but then she just casually drops insane lore to the doctor like "oh i'm a hologram that's 17 but actually 4 months old" LIKE i love the characters being introduced here!! There's an adorable ass medical Klingon who loves his momma and likes to watch birds
