I love limited color palettes way too much
have a kylux first order propaganda poster… thing. I am very proud of the stupid helmet thing! Just don’t look too closely at it. :P
I 100% stole the first order symbol as a transparent PNG i found on google images. I’ve drawn that thing before. It was hell. Never again. *shudder*
I seriously regret not watching Star Wars: the Force Awakens in theaters.
Its just one of those movies that will always be better on a bigger screen
I don't think there's words...
For the intense, warm, wonderful feeling that the thought of Luke and Rey having a father/daughter relationship brings me. Like I just want to draw them hanging out together and write fic where Luke tells daggy outdated jokes he grew up with on Tatooine but because she also grew up on an isolated desert planet, Rey finds them totally hilarious. Like I have more emotional energy and intensity about this than I do with any romantic ship possibilities in the series and that's SO weird for me because I'm usually a super full on shipper. Maybe it's because I had a kid and now find good fathers intensely attractive, and I've had a crush on Luke since I was a friggin' toddler. I just know the whole situation would make the two characters so happy.
Crylo Ben.
So gross...
So you know how in Star Wars: The Force Awakens when Rey and the gang enter Maz's place and they get spotted by that awesome spy girl with the killer manicure and totally on point male-up look? Alan fucking Dean Foster refers to her in the novelisation as " a svelte slice of skin", which is straight up THE most disgusting, misogynistic description of a woman I have EVER seen. It is made all the worse that she is played on screen by a woman of colour, though ADF probably had no idea of this at the time of writing the book. But seriously, that is fucking gross shit right there.
sketch of Rey from star wars for @imagonersomebodycatchmybreath I'm actually so happy this got requested because I love Rey and it was fun drawing her I might finish this one up with copics cuz I love her lol
Wonderful Tribute to John Williams and Star Wars, and lucky as we did get episode 7!
