August 24, 2021 [74/100] :: I don't think my desk will ever be clean again until I hand in my thesis. My friend from Sydney commented in our zoom session how crazy she thinks it is that we (other friend and I and all students here, really) write our theses in English, i.e. a non-native language, and that we should get credit for that. I continued writing a piece for my methods sections for which I made these artsy beautiful plots and I hope my PI will like them without offering ideas of what else to do with them. :')

21.2.20 - today was the last weekday before I go back to uni so I went out and got some last minute supplies!

I bought this grid journal as well as the pen and elastic holder and paper clips from Kikki.K because I want to get back into bullet journaling this semester! (I also got a lunch box from Kikki.K because it has cats on it and is adorable). I bought the chopsticks, chopsticks holder and bread towel (to wrap my lunch box with) from Daiso because I could!

no doodles :-( i mean, i like to put in a ton of arrows and bubbles but i’ve always been too self conscious to doodle? which is so dumb cause they’re doodles.... not the mona lisa they’re not supposed to be good lol

the pilot g2 pens are a classic but i do still prefer the zebra sarasa clip 0.5 !!!

Yeah, yeah I did a horizon zero dawn themed july, the ps5 announcements had me hyped and when I saw Horizon: Forbidden West i went a little nuts (smthn about a woolly mammoth machine rlly just pushed the green button for serotonin and dopamine). Also I realise the layout is super static, I should’ve changed the angles or something but it’s too late I’m posting it like this lmao

28.  what helps you feel warm on cold nights?

my apartment is thhhheee coldest place on earth so i wear two layers at all times and warm clothes to bed too bc my radiators aren’t working yet and i love warm foods and warm drinks also cuddling is alwas a great way to stay warm

29.  today’s to do list!

well today i only had one lecture and besides that i read for an exam, did some preliminary reading/studying for the new courses (which i like but one of them will be a challenge and i’m ready for that) and i also studied japanese for tomorrow (i’m still so bad at katakana it just doesn’t come as easily) and i have to start looking at courses for next semester and work on my discourse analysis essay
