In honor of #SuccFest, I am posting something of a prequel/stand-alone KenJess fic. I reference them being stuck in an elevator in a later chapter (I forget which) of my larger fic, The Desert (bad name, cool story). This is that story. Kendall and Jess get stuck in an elevator only a few weeks into her time at Waystar Royco. This is set about a few years before the beginning of the series.
