Steve Rogers ….with a kid!?

Js some random stuff…I don’t know man. I got bored lol

You’re a kid from HYDRA who was put in ice years ago

He couldn’t leave you there or put you in foster care

so what did he do?

he adopted you, of course!

he brings you back to his small apartment in Brooklyn..

And gives you a new name, since a number won’t work for a sweet little kid.

at first he’s a little hesitant

because what does he know about raising a kid, let alone a traumatized one?

nothing

so naturally he buys a bunch of parenting books

and books on how to help traumatized children

then he and Bucky read them

Bucky is not very happy at first

he loves kids and all…

but he’s anxious about being a parent, obviously.

Raising any child is hard

even worse when they’re young and have seen horrible things.

but yk

captain America never gives up!

you have to live a kind of sheltered life

both because of Bucky and Steve.

bucky still has people who would like to hurt him, and naturally Steve does to.

But alas, they try to get you to do lots of things, Steve especially.

He’ll go to your games, events, whatever.

he loves you and he makes sure you know that, even if he’s gone for a long time.

You know most of the avengers

sometimes Natasha babysits you

you call her Aunty Nat

Sometimes you call her Стерва

Steve blames Bucky for that one

when he’s gone he makes up for all the missed time by doing things with you

taking you out for ice cream, going on a walk, drawing with you, reading you books and tucking you in at night

You know that he loves you, how can he not?

you’re his kid, even if not by blood by relationship

he’s your dad and he always will be.

Working Title: Break A Leg

Theater Company/ Musical Theater AU

Summary: After your accident, everything in your life changed. Your shared dream of being on Broadway with your best friend, Amanda, was over. But just because YOU don't think you want the same things in life doesn't mean that your friend won't see through you. Taking matters into her own hands, you end up at an audition you're sure that you'll fail since SHIELD Theater Company is known the world over for typecasting. And you don't fit any of your typical actress types. Little do you know that the company's new writer - nihilistic, pessimistic, and resident drunk; Bucky Barnes- is looking for someone out of their normal choices. 

Characters: Female Reader, OFC Best Friend, Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Bucky Barnes, and all your other favorite Marvel Characters, hopefully in the long run it will end with a Bucky Barnes/Reader ship.

Warnings: Guys, this is based on my own experiences within the Acting community after gaining weight and height after an accident. There will be fat-shaming, mentions of eating dissorders, unhealthy expections, unhealthy coping mechanisms, also like bias based on looks.

Overall I really am excited about this. It will be a miniseries, I currently have one chapter but if there is interest I would love to write more.
