You've been punk'd

We totally forget that head end first would be a great way to haul up this small hill. So I bail. Holding the head. Fml. Fortunately the ditch was so steep he fell all of a few inches but still. My foot stepped down in the snow and the snow just kept on going.

Pretty sure my embarrassment is over exaggerated and no one really thiught twice about it. And yet I keep waiting one of these days for someone to bring out a camera crew and tell my I’m punk’d, I’m totally not a real paramedic(/EMT) and everyone has been covering for my dumb ass this whole time. That or my clumsiness will lead to my or my patient’s undoing. I’ve been clumsy my whole life at 28 I can’t blame growth spurts anymore!

Oh well, none of us ate snow. Patient was fine. Moose was definitely not.

My students

I swear, some of you have not improved, nay, some have even devolved in skill since the beginning of the year. I understand that certain events have you out of sorts, but that is No Excuse for some of the garbage I’ve been seeing from you. You can’t even draw a circle. A CIRCLE! (or a straight line but nobody in class likes straight things anyways) Your background creation skills have yet to improve, I’m seeing blank spaces everywhere. You don’t even write your names! I can’t tell the person in question because he’s grieving, but the rest of you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is a FINE INSTITUTION and you need to get your HEADS out of your ASSES and your BRUSHES to your PAPERS NOW!
