The Newborn Alien really doesn't get enough love, Alien: Resurrection was the first Alien movie I saw in cinema and my teen self loved it. What I really liked was its puppy dog eyes, but this rendition is just as beautiful and is definitely more in the line of xenomorphs we are familiar with.
