How to Have Your Own Victorian Study:
do you have multiple copies of The Same Book? Excellent. You're one step closer to being Oscar Wilde (hedonism not recommended)
 candles. Electricity doesn't exist yet.
papers everywhere. Beware that they don't get too close to the candles.
quill pens, straight pens, chewed on pencils, and a fancy letter opener are recommended
a wax seal for correspondence with family, friends, and acquaintances
a bust of some sort or mayhap some odd antique THING
old af furniture. Preferably thrifted or bought at one of those old, quirky antique stores
tall bookshelves with a ladder. Or ones with fancy glass doors
one of those armchairs. Y'all know the one
one of those couches with the carved wood that look PERFECT for fainting upon.

I’m finding all sorts of mural inspiration, b/c I’m thinking that I could find a way to put it up, temporarily, in the apt.
