Tips and Tricks on How I Keep Hydrated
Why should we keep hydrated in the first place?
It is important to become hydrated because it affects our overall health. According to University Health News, here are 6 benefits on why we should keep hydrated: improve physical performance, help you to lose weight, boost your mood, boost your brainpower, prevent headaches, and protect against disease.
TIP #1 Getting a water bottle
I always keep a water bottle with me in case I get hydrated. Using a recyclable water bottle or water container is much better. You'll also be able to refill them whenever you ran out.
TIP #2 Setting up a schedule
I have an alarm set up every hour to remind me to drink water every time because I usually forget to. It helps in making me drink a cup every time and it helps me finish a big, full bottle of water everyday.
TIP #3 Drinking a glass of water after waking up
My morning alarm also remind me to drink water as drinking water in the morning helps with digestion.
TIP #4 Replacing soda with water
Water is a better alternative for sodas that contain a lot of caffeine. Water would keep you better hydrated and you could get it at home easily.
TIP #5 Look for water fountains
Whenever your water bottle runs out of water, look for a drinking fountain to re-fill your bottle. You could also make it a rule to drink water whenever you see a water fountain.
TIP #6 Adding lemon or mint
Adding lemon or mint or maybe even both helps in making it bearable for me to drink water because I don’t like how water is tasteless in a way. Adding lemon slices to your water would also help in detoxifying your body.
It might get some getting used to in making drinking water as a daily habit but it would help you in the long run. Stay healthy and hydrated everyone!
One question
I don't understand how student can accept to suffer that much to be able to study. I really don't understand why students need to be stressed and poor because government decided that it was okay to make you go through hell. Do you think you will really be able to reach happiness?
I just want to say, I'll cheer you up until my death. You are amazing and sometimes happiness is really by your side.
