Personally, I am someone who works best in the library. Now, however, my uni has closed and the rest of teaching will be delivered online. Does anyone have any tips for how to stay motivated at home??

hiya! for the university ask: 📚🌓🍪💯
📚: Describe your study space.
mine is really just a neat space, i have a small desk filled with just the basic stuff i need when i’m working/studying. i have a pencil holder on the corner, a few post-it’s and a notepad for quick and emergency note-taking. i have a calendar posted right above my desk, and a corkboard where i like to pin my daily tasks so as to keep me on track with whatever agenda i have for that day.
🌓 : Are you a morning or night studyier?
it’s a good mix of both! i try to squeeze in as much studying/reading i can whenever there’s free time. i’m usually up at 7am and after my morning shenanigans i almost always immediately sit on my desk either to write, read, or study. as long as i have a clean space, my mind’s set to study and focus!
🍪: What are your favourite snacks to get you through studying?
nuts! i always have a pack of trail mix on my side whenever i’m studying, reading, or writing :) sometimes, chocolates too!
💯: What’s your proudest academic achievement?
definitely my special projects paper, wrapped it up with 176 pages excluding the appendices and it took me almost two weeks to write!! it’s on building one’s core management skills and understanding the millennial behavior through theatre production management! it was a very thorough paper but i remember the exact moment i finished it i was watching this lucifer episode at the same time—i swear the paper was soooo worth it!

[12.??.17] - two days post-tonsillectomy and I’m hating life. On the bright side, my dad made me hot chocolate (with milk and chocolate syrup, he said that’d be better for my throat than the powdery mix) AND I received an email saying my textbooks are on their way here. Last night I had the broth from chicken noodle soup (I don’t eat meat but damn son that made my throat feel amaze balls) and this is only the second hot/warm thing I’ve tried. So far, though, I’ve noticed the warm stuff is soothing my throat better than the cold stuff. Have any of you had your tonsils out? What did you survive off of until you were healed? What about just a regular sore throat? I’m looking for suggestions because I’m constantly hungry. If you reply and I don’t send a thank you right away, I apologize. I’m probably sleeping. But I will send you a thank you response, I always try to! Thank you dolls, I love each and every one of you beautiful soft teddy bears with kind hearts.
