Graduate from Middlesex University 💚
Finish at least one children’s book project for MDX graduation 💚
Work more on myself - jealousy, anxiety, self-esteem 💚
Do yoga at least 4 days a week💚
Keep showering in the early morning and evening 💚
Study Japanese at least 3 days a week 💛
Save money - reach £3000.00 savings for Japan’s travel 💚
Join real life drawing classes more often and work more on my art 🧡
Make time for myself everyday 🧡
Make time to connect with the people that I love often 🧡
Learn to about a new cuisine - ex. Thai 💚
Read more comic books/books and watch more films/anime/series without being judgemental: being open-minded 💚
Learn how to set boundaries with negative people without being rude 💚
Be kind to myself 💚
Learn to express my emotions properly, eg. stop keeping them in and exploding later 💚
Be consistent with my progress but also allow myself a break when I am overworked 🧡
Stop being impulsive: think slower, speak slower, be proactive in discussions, avoid hurtful comments and learning about my emotions: what am I feeling? What can I do to process the feeling without hurting anyone?🧡
