I am attempting to finish my final essay of my masters which is due tomorrow. This will be my last time being a student of a university and I guess I have been procrastinating because this is all I have known for my adult life and being in school is all I have known of my entire life. A bittersweet moment but I am ready for it to be over 💖💖

I have started my masters in Comparative Literature and my year out has affected my ability to study more than I expected

2 paragraphs left for the current essay I’m writing!! I’ll be done Wednesday!!! Right on track!!! I love having a plan and actually sticking to it!!! I also love it when that actually works!!!!

Not to continue being negative, but I didn’t get quite enough sleep and so now I can’t do any of the things and my head hurts. I have a weird stress headache growing and spreading and I know that I have to stop trying to do the things. But I can’t afford to stop because I’ll fall behind and I don’t have time for that uuuuugh

But I did buy myself a smol bottle of Prosecco for when this is done next Wednesday and I cannot wait till I can crack it open

I um actually managed to get my work done before lunch... so I might start on tomorrow’s stuff??? Might be a shout? I’m technically only now on track cause I was meant to get what I did this morning yesterday... so I might stop being behind and actually do what I was meant to do today lmao

I did really bad on an assessment that’s worth 25% of my grade for this module and like I was expecting it, but I wasn’t expecting it to be this bad. I feel really shit. I was so frustrated with that piece of work and just wanted to get it done, but omg. It was such a night mare to get done and yet I’m still bummed. I wish I could redo it, but all that I can do it try my best on the essay that’s the other 75% of my grade and hope for the best :(

Please wish me luck as I try to read 20 books before the end of the year so that I can buy a new book ASAP! Also if I manage it I’ll have more than tripled my reading goal and be not far off of my last big reading year of 2015! I’d like to end the year having read almost 100 books!!! Also I know my bookshelves want that for me too!

Also I have two essays to write before the 4th and 5th of January with 100% and 75% of my grade respectively. So I’m definitely going to need all the luck I can get haha
