Today's bread looks sooooo good!
This just came out the oven. Is it possible to marry a loaf of bread? Because goddamm this is the absolute sexiest loaf of bread I've ever made.
It's getting to that time of year where I need to start thinking about this year's Christmas Cake.
For those of you who've only started following me this year, we have a tradition of making the most anti-Christmas Christmas cake imaginable. Not because we hate Christmas - we absolutely love it, it's just something we did one year and it kinda stuck.
It started with me asking my husband one year what we should put on the cake, and without missing a beat, he said, "Rorshach's death from The Watchmen."
Since then, we've had the woodchipper scene from Fargo,
we've had Jack Torrance frozen at the end of The Shining,
we've had O-ren's death from Kill Bill,
Pyramid Head (I added WAY more blood after this but for some silly reason never took another photo!)
And my absolute personal favourite (which genuinely got removed due to complaints when I posted it on a vegan cake decorating group, despite it being 100% vegan!) The Dog-thing
I completely ran out of time to do one last year, but I really want to make it a good'un this year so I'm looking for ideas! Snow themed horror/brutality is best, but I can be flexible!

Can you please reblog this post? I am a mum to a disabled child. I'm unable to work full time because I'm his primary carer, but I do have a business selling brownies by post. I can send them to anywhere in mainland UK. All my brownies and blondies are dairy and egg free, and I can also make gluten, nut, and soy free options on request.
I know everyone is in the midst of a cost of living crisis; sadly for me, things like cakes as treats have been one of the first things people have given up, which means I'm left unable to pay my heating bill, which is huge as I have to have the heating on to keep my son healthy.
