as someone who knows absolutely NOTHING about webdesign and put together what i think is an okay-ish website on neocities with nothing but copy + paste and a prayer, it can be intimidating but it's not as hard as you think it will be + is soooo fun once you realize how to do it. i started with https://goblin-heart.net/sadgrl/projects/layout-builder/ and editing it from there but i know of a few other layout collections ive found that i could send your way if you'd like as well to get started with :) obviously not trying to like force you to make a site or anything lol just i know that its scary to start but it's not at all impossible

i appreciate your support but i don't think you understood. web design comes quite easily to me. i was already learning how to do it on my own, but i decided to take a class because i figured that was a better way to learn it. but it sucked and was really stressful. now, trying to learn web design or code a website just makes me feel like i'm in class again, and i get stressed out and freeze.

hmm also how do you think each of klieg and rouxls would interact with the other if they were having a bad day?

They're goofballs in general but I imagine they get used to each other's fussy moods quite quickly x)

Klieg is a lot more broody, while I imagine Rouxls is the type to wear his smile twice as big if he's feeling upset.

But I imagine Rouxls as not liking to let others know when he's struggling, likely due to a subconscious need to not sound weak or lose any perceived respect he thinks he gets. But Rouxls kind of ends up coming across as more erratic instead, which Klieg learns to see as a tell that something is up with him.

However, Klieg is also the type to get too caught up in his own mind and forget stuff is happening around him, so if he finds himself unintentionally not noticing Rouxls is feeling off, I can also see Rouxls just dramatically sprawling on his table and doing a big flamboyant sigh that totally isn't him telling Klieg to drop everything, begging to be asked how he's doing and to be given attention 💚

Rouxls does feel like he struggles to comfort Klieg if he's the one having a fussy day, but Klieg is content just being cuddled and allowed to take a nap. Else Rouxls can ask about his film ideas and that can lead to a yap session that lasts all night

any dynamics between your characters that you’re really interested by that you haven’t talked about much/had the chance to explore much yet?

Just Rayne's dynamics with everyone else is something I've been slacking off on talking about but is on my mind a lot x) Rayne before the Divide was a completely different person

A relationship I think about a lot is that of Rayne and Klieg, since I imply a lot of tension there, and while only a few folks know the lore reasons as to why, it's still a very interesting dynamic for me to write!

Rayne is aware that Klieg isn't to blame for the reasons she hates him, but their emotions just cloud (Heh) their judgement and looking at him just simultaneously pisses her off, makes her sad and just really frustrated 😭😭

She dislikes the others a lot more, but Klieg is the only one who just doesn't fight back or give her consequences of acting up. He knows why Rayne hates him and there's nothing he can do to fix it.

Klieg puts up a strong front, but he still really wants the respect of his peers while simultaneously believing himself to not have earned it, he caves the moment someone he sees as superior to him is speaking up, and to him, Rayne is one of those people.
