So no matter what pokeball it's getting in there. Also remember the other pokeballs are there to making catching tougher pokemon easier not to be an absolute but like I said there is no need Suicuine is desperate to get away.

Plus the set up of the preview shows that is will happen close to the beggining of the episode. So they'll mostly likely get released. Hell episode 52 just showed us Gou giving his Dugtrio to someone else because they'll benfit more from it.

And don't give me " You don't catch legendaries with pokeballs!" Excuse me people been doing this for years in games. There are even challenges to catch all legendaries with pokeballs.

Man, I have to confess I started Tokyo ghoul just because (after seeing some photosets) I wanted to know more about Uta... so it's technically my fault... Like, I know that nowadays it's really difficult to find something "new" and all the ideas are recycled... but it was just... bad. I found the anime so predictable and cliche.
