Does anyone know of a good way to sleep with an arm under a pillow but not have their shoulder try and pop out?

Why do my fingers feel Very Out Of Place, but they look fine and I can't pop them? Usually I can pop em later but in the mean time they feel Wrong and painful?? Like dislocate properly so I can put you back???

I feel that if body work (kinda), body should not hurt. What is the purpose of JOINts if they separate?
