I'm really bad at making friends.

I used to be quite the social butterfly, even with all my anxiety and depression and other emo bullshit. But with time and age, everything gets more lemon-difficult.

Plus, it's a way different place here on tumblr in my 30s in 2022 than it was in my twenties. It went from a fun, packed nightclub to a dead mall.

I'm trying my awkward best to make some friends here though, and to feel like I have a place somewhere in the world.

Is it pathetic? Probably. But in the end, what else is there, really? Sometimes you just need the comfort of other people, and nostalgia.
