11- Spinda, smeargle, hydreigon, swirlix, kingdra, and empoleon.

13- It’s super hard to choose, but I’ll have to go with Celebi.

19- Team Aqua all the way! :D (Team Rocket’s a close second though)

22- Either water or grass; and hopefully a theme sort of like Burgh’s.
