In other news... Working front squats at 70-85% of my 225lbs max. Shown is 190lbs for a single. Long day yesterday, got my training in after teaching 7pm #stxbabrelles class. Hit some speed deadlift pulls followed by deficit stifflegged deadlifts, good mornings, tire flips, & jogged 1 lap because the moon 🌙 and breeze were just right.😌🌕🍂 #hellofall (at Silverback Strength & Performance)
