Striking Fear Headcannon

Anyone else wonder why Vlad doesn't wear a normal tie? Why its that really old fasioned bow tie? Well my head cannon is that Plasmius put that damn thing on him as a collar to show that he 'owned' Vlad because then he could make Vlad wear it all the time and he couldn't say that it wasn't 'professional' or anything like that.

Oh, how the tables have turned...

Pompous pep idea where Vlad either: a) Finally returns to earth and can't find a job, or b) Loses all his money after a crucial miscalculation in a game of wits with Danny...

Thus he is forced to set his pride aside and work as older!Danny's personal secretary at the International Peace-Keeping Office of Ghost and Human Relations (funded by the GiW and other special organizations, of course)... Glorious things ensue as the game of cat and mouse is played within the workplace-- Danny is now the big-shot with the humongous office (though he had insisted on something more modest), and Vlad, with his bruised pride, has to bend to Danny's every whim while still trying to pick up what's left of his dignity. When Vlad doesn't quite listen as well as he ought to-- and gets too cheeky and flirtatious in an attempt to woo Daniel into being more manipulable-- Danny decides to cut to the chase and start a haphazard relationship with Vlad... but on his own terms, not the other halfa's. Eventually it is Vlad who becomes the more submissive one-- especially after that one afternoon's lunch break that had him bending over Danny's desk and calling him "Mr. Fenton"...
