some subscorp headcanons requested by an anon, which i accidentally deleted ^^'

- hanzo loves it when kuai gently touches his face. it never fails to make him completely melt for the other man

- hanzo wouldn't admit it, but he's a bit of a hopeless romantic, so any type of romance is appreciated (when done in private). he mostly loves it when kuai makes him tiny ice sculptures or ice hearts

- hand! holding! no seriously, these two love to hold hands

- kuai is pretty good at puns, especially temperature-themed ones. hanzo both loves and hates them.

- the puns also sometimes get slightly steamy pun definitely intended and kuai just smirks at his incredibly flustered boyfriend after making one

- hanzo sometimes ends up sleeping literally on top of kuai. like some type of heated weighted blanket. kuai thinks that it's very endearing but he would like to breathe and that's quite hard when there's a fried beefcake on top of you

- hanzo also loves stealing kuai's casual clothes, especially his sweaters and flannels (all gifted by johnny, who thought kuai would look good in them and he does). kuai had no idea where they went until he saw hanzo wearing a hoodie that looked suspiciously like the one he lost a week ago...

- lately they've been holding movie nights as dates. disney movie nights to be precise. takeda always made hanzo watch them with him and hanzo secretly loves them. he tries his best to not sing along but always fails

Johnny being the one to tell everyone that Kuai is gay. Not in a way to out him or in a negative way what so ever, he's just excited about it, like "subby wants a hubby!" Plus Johnny just has a big mouth and is the most supportive bro of the century.

He also is the first to figure out Kuai has some mega hella feelings for Hanzo and he's the only to know for a good couple of months. They're both standing around at SF headquarters, Kuai's gaze always finding it's way to Hanzo as he speaks to Sonya. So Johnny just leans in and is like "you really want a piece of Scorpy huh?" Kuai looking at him "i beg your pardon?" "Oooh yeah you do."

Mmmmmmmmsubscorp forehead kisses. Hanzo being like only an inch shorter than Kuai but you would think the hight difference would be like a foot or something with the way Kuai likes to kiss Hanzo's forehead.

He likes to tease Hanzo and act like he's going in for an actual kiss but at the last second plants it on his forehead or his nose.

Hanzo gets all flustered and sighs about it, but he actually likes the gentle and pure nature of it.

What do the Shirai Ryu and Lin Kuei think of Hanzo & Kuai's relationship?

You know what?

They are all for it.

Hanzo's older students make jokes about how now that he's getting laid he's in a better mood and it makes their day easier. (Not that Hanzo is too harsh, but he is a strong believer in discipline.

Kuai's students and clan all notice that he seems much happier and more relaxed.

The clans themselves get along too. Lots of friendships and a few relationships blossoms from the clans merging.
