he stiffens at first, when you lean against him and bury your face in the crook of his neck. he relaxes, though, wrapping you in his warm embrace.
you end up sagging against him (kind of a half-slump towards the ground) and he tightens his arms around you. “i’m so tired,” you mumble into his chest.
he smiles against your head and bends down. and with one quick swoop, he lifts you into his arms in a sort of bridal carry (though you’re protesting, you’re laughing so hard you can barely breathe) and carries you to the couch, setting you down. he tickles you, causing you to gasp out, “stop! truce! enough!”
he sits next to you, smiling. you lean against him, laughing still. “feeling better?”
when you nod, he kisses your cheek. “good.”

the sweetie that she is, she blushes when you loop your arms around her neck and drape against her.
she’ll stroke your hair or pat your back, not quite sure of what to do. she tries her hardest though, sweet thing.
eventually, you’ll tug her against your shoulder and the two of you spend ages like that, tucked in each other’s arms. she looks peaceful like this; her face relaxed and her brow smooth. joy wells up inside you, tamping down your earlier unhappiness about your day.
she traces the lines of your face with her finger, smiling slightly when you pepper her cheeks with kisses. “i love you,” you say into her ear.
“i love you too,” she whispers, burrowing against you.

ningguang’s the one that notices how agitated you look. she pulls you towards her, sighing. she’ll run her fingers over your shoulders and kiss your cheek. she wants you to laugh and smile.
you kiss her, relaxing against her and taking her hand. she threads her fingers through yours, squeezing your hand.
she lets you sit like that, her arm draped over your shoulders, your face pressed into her shoulder.
she doesn’t mind it; in fact, she makes sure you’re as comfortable as possible, urging you to lay down. you give in, and she smoothes your hair away from your forehead, your head resting in her lap.
she winks at you. “rest well. we can go out to dinner tomorrow.”

his voice is low and soft when he asks you if you’re okay when you lean in for hug and all the strength goes out of your limbs. you lean all your weight against him and he stiffens slightly.
he relaxes, though, wrapping you firmly in his arms. he’ll press a kiss to the top of your head, or your forehead. it’s clear how tired you are, your eyes drifting shut even as you smile at him.
he’ll take care not to move you at all, the sappy romantic he is, and you’ll fall asleep like that. although it’s kind of uncomfortable for him, he doesn’t mind.
when you wake up, he smiles at you. “sleep well?”
he insists on you sleeping more and leads you to the bed. he makes sure you’re comfortable first before he settles down. you fall asleep in seconds, and he tucks the covers over you.

kokomi lets you settle against her. “ah, hard days. i know all about those,” she says softly, stroking your cheek.
her touch is cool on your skin, and, as she works, you sit with her, making sure to not disturb her too much.
at one point, you shift your position, and she looks up, alarmed. “oh, were you not comfortable?”
after assuring her that you were, she settles back again, threading her fingers through your hair. she hums softly as she works, the noise a soothing backdrop to your thoughts.
she’s so gentle with you, and so sweet. and you do the same in return. <3

I'm sorry I couldn't really do it in hcs because I couldn't imagine enough things to keep decent leght- but I hope tiny headcanons / imagines are okay!! (´ ∀ ` *)
Mona would probably be very sceptical about you playing with her hair! She's a little ashamed, scared of you finding her greasy and dirty. You know,, because she doesn't really have money to afford any decent shampoos. She's happy though when you offer to wash them for her then comb and style! She probably whines a lot whenever you pull a little too hard or do a ponytail a little too tight! In the end, she'll tell you "it's good enough" or "you didn't do too bad", but in fact she really means to tell you how happy she is with your work.
I think Sucrose would be all flustered the moment she hears ryou want to play with her hair! I don't think she pays a lot of attention to the way her hair looks, as she always ties it into low ponytail to keep it away from bothering her in researches. She'd really enjoy your gentle touch and delicate strokes against her ears,, actually she might just act like a cat! I also imagine her hair would be really soft. ♡
Hu Tao.. Hu Tao... hmm.. She'd probably be moving around all the time,, that makes it hard for you to try any decent hairstyle-- Afterall, she loves teasing you. Whenever you braid her hair then turn your head away to take a pin or another accessory, She'd quickly mess up her hair so you have to do the thing all over again. "Oh? Looks like some ghosts might be messing around here.~"

He’s a gremlin, too, so that makes the two of you a perfect pair! Venti’s always chaotic when he’s with you. Your friendship is 50% memes and 50% alcohol.
He likes it when you laugh because he enjoys seeing you happy. And it’s also better to feel upbeat rather than sad, so he’s always ready to cheer you up.
The two of you make a lot of jokes about Diluc and how he’s constantly chasing Venti out when he can’t pay his tab.
"Venti, let’s use my Pyro and your Anemo powers to get back at Diluc. We’ll commit war crimes today,” you jokingly tell him after he was kicked out of the tavern yet again. “This is a revolution against Master Diluc!”
“So true, bestie, but let’s sneak into his wine cellar instead!”
The two of you are always trying to steal his wine. Diluc probably hates the both of you because of that. Once you start to pay him back for all of the stolen alcohol, his opinion of you might change. Maybe...
Venti will teach you all sorts of songs. The two of you can sing together when you’re bored and have nothing else to do.
That’s usually how it ends up when you aren’t drinking with him.
You’re his favorite drinking partner, by the way. He wouldn’t go drinking with anyone else! You’re way too fun. He probably ends up admitting his feelings for you in the haze of his inebriation and you, just as drunk, accept the confession.
Both of you don’t remember a thing when you wake up with soul-crushing hangovers, so it’s back to square one. He’ll admit to it one day, but until then it’s back to the tavern for a much-needed drink and an evening of carefree singing!

She tends to be very shy and soft-spoken, so she isn’t used to your gremlin energy at first. It honestly surprises her when you barge into her lab, enthusiastically shouting about an experiment you’re about to put on with Albedo.
The experiment is...dangerous. Even Albedo knows that, yet he allows you to do it for the sake of his research. Sucrose is probably on the verge of passing out; she’s so worried for your safety.
You assure her that it’ll be fine and if anything bad happens it’ll be entirely your fault! That’s hardly comforting and she struggles to watch as you carry out the experiment with Albedo humming thoughtfully or making the necessary corrections.
Luckily, all goes well and she’s instantly relieved once it’s over. Albedo will thank you for the results and you’ll run up to Sucrose, asking if she saw how cool you looked.
“Y-You looked cool... But please don’t do that again. It was really scary.”
“Aw, Sucrose, you don’t have to worry about me! I’m fine, aren’t I?” You’re hugging her as you say this, and she’s blushing wildly, now embarrassed at this sudden affectionate gesture.
After that, Sucrose asks if you’d like to help her with her experiments rather than Albedo’s. She knows his can be somewhat...unsafe and she’d prefer to have you unharmed. So she’s very happy when you agree to help out.
Sucrose does enjoy your positive, gremlin energy. It brightens her mood when she’s stressing out over an experiment.
You probably help her come out of her shell more with your extroverted personality. She gains some confidence the more she spends her time with you.
But that doesn’t mean she’ll ever find the courage to confess. That’s way too embarrassing, and even as a researcher she can’t seem to predict the outcome to a confession.

She loves your energy! The two of you have so much fun when you’re together. Your gremlin personality and her upbeat personality mix well.
There’s never a dull moment. Whether the two of you are planning ways to make her next concert as amazing as the one before it or are simply hanging out with your friends, you’re always having a great time.
You make a lot of arson jokes because she’s known for setting her stage on fire, and Xinyan welcomes those jokes. They make her laugh because it’s true; she loves fiery performances.
Xinyan’s always happy when she spots you in the crowd during her shows, and sometimes she’ll pull you up on stage so you can share the spotlight.
