You have to get this book. I can not say enough about it. It is not a diet, or even all about weight, it is about what we put in our bodies. the whole sugar is killing us video is cool and all, but now they're bashing fruit juice and SMOOTHIES. Saying they're the new health hazard. no. I refuse. maybe if you're buying a bottled "smoothie' from the store. I can see how that won't keep you full or affect how much food you eat. but when I make a smoothie at home after a workout, it most certainly fills me up for a significant amount of time.
