Ingredients: 2 cups honeysuckle flowers. 2 cups water. 2 cups sugar. 2 ounces gin. 1 ounce honeysuckle simple syrup. 1/2 ounce lemon juice. Ice cubes. Lemon twist, for garnish.
Instructions: Honeysuckle flowers, water, and sugar should all be mixed together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is gone. Turn down the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Take the flowers out of the syrup and put it in a bottle. Gin, honeysuckle syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes should all be mixed together in a cocktail shaker. Shake it well, then strain it into an ice-filled glass that is already cold. Put a lemon twist on top. Serve and have fun!
