Lovely day on the OBX yesterday. Poked around a lot of thrift and antique stores, didn’t see anything I couldn’t live without, but James did find a vintage hardware set for the original screen door we’re putting back on the house. Oh and I got to visit with former fabulous coworker at her Honey + Pottery shop, Jim hadn’t seen her shop yet, so that was fun. And of course, we stopped for lunch at Single Fin Thai-Sushi Restaurant. We have just never had a bad meal there. As you can tell, the drinks were horrible 😉
Now, back to painting porch furniture - swing #2 is done and drying and table #2 is almost done. Cushion has been washed. Then there’s the screen door and front doors left to paint. After that we can concentrate on power washing and painting the house. Ugh, I need to touch up the front of the Airbnb too. So much to do!
