Okay so I read Seven devils by sunder-soul in like 2022-2023 and I can’t believe I didn’t know she had a tumblr. I remember entering a depressive episode when that book ended. Like it took a big chunk of my soul. 🤣😂 But really I love that book and took the opportunity to read it again after seeing a Tom Riddle edit on Tiktok.

Yakety Sax

Lin’s jaw dropped.  She had no thinking capacity for a reply, just spun around, lifted the dress up around her ankles, and decided to make a drunken run for the kitchens.  Maybe the front door.  Fuck it, she’d find her way back to that portal in the snow, barefoot, wearing this Light-damned dress!

“What–Hey! Wait!” Sun took off after her, Tei watching him go. “…Who the hell is ‘sweet pea?!’” Tei then took off after Sun!

“Go away!” She stumbled, hit the wall sidelong, staggered a bit, kept going.  "Goawaygoawaygoaway!“  Lin had no idea where she was going.  There was a door somewhere, right?

The door was right ahead of her! "Lin, wait!” “Sun you better have an explanation!!”

Lin all but slammed into the door, then stood there like an idiot jerking at the handle.  She could feel cold air against her toes.  How long would it take before she got frostbite?

The door then opened as Allidar returned to the hall. His brows merely furrowed and he thrust out a hand, Sun slamming into it and Tei running into him. “Oof!” “Ow! My nose! Owwww…"

"I’m leaving!” Lin shouted.  "Please step to the side, sir!“

Allidar pointed outside. "You. Sundersoul. Out. Your contract is hereby terminated until further notice.” Sun looked around, then scrambled to his feet and ran out the door. “Tei. Back in your room. We’ll talk in a moment.” He slammed the door shut, then turned and grabbed Lin by the arm, pulling her back to his room. “You’re coming with me.”
