“Waltz” - Hachimitsu to Clover - April 15, 2005
Anime of the day: Say “I Love You”
Alt Title: Sukitte Ii na yo.
Released: 2012
Mei has been wronged before, because of this she avoids others. That is till she round kicks a guy on the stairs. So begins a sweet romance. Instead of being focused on asking someone out this anime is focused on the development of a relationship. I, personally, really enjoy this anime. I’ve watched it a few times and the relationship between Mei and Yamato always always feels realistic. Their reactions are realistic and the humor is laced into the story nicely. The relationship between the characters is the focus and the introduction of characters is logical. I love how Mei, no matter what, keeps her same “some people are trash” attitude and how she isn’t afraid to tell them off. The ending, "slow dance" by Suneohair, is my personal favorite. There is a different ending for just the 12th episode, “さらり" by Suneohair. The opening is “Friendship~for 好きっていいなよ。" by Ritsuko Okazaki.

Sooo... It happened! I have a Tumblr from now and I’ll post here links to my videos, the videos I like and sometimes other things in Polish or English.
For now let’s start with link to my latest work - short piano cover of “slow dance” by Suneohair, which was used as ending for anime Sukitte Ii na yo, also known as Say “I Love You”. This song is really pretty and quite energetic despite the title. I pretty much like it, even more than the opening song from this show.
I don’t know why, but it song always reminds me of Kurosawa Yamato. I think that this song is some kind of embodiment of him while the opening song is the embodiment of Tachibana Mei.
But these are my thoughts on this. What are yours?
