The first night I really went out and about in Belfast with friends was Culture Night. After checking out the events for evening we grabbed a bite to teat at at Pizza Punks. They've got great vegan options and a fab ambiance.
We also stopped into the Sunflower pub, an iconic venue which often has live music.
Murals are a big part of Belfast. Here I include a few pictures of some of the murals nearby the Sunflower pub, including one of Lyra Mckee. Lyra was a promising young journalist murdered in 2019. You can read her work here and here and listen to her speak about LGBT rights in the following video:
