Went to photograph the cherry blossoms in Burlington not too long ago and found this wonderful couple dancing in the golden light of the sunrise. . If only it were that perfect! The actual story is there was another photographer doing a couple’s shoot at this location and she had them pose this way. . But I like my story better! . This was a first in my eight years of shooting sunrises. . I took this shot shortly after I was threatened to be beaten up by a man and his walking stick. . He claimed that I was secretly taking pictures of him behind his back. He continued on his rampage and told me that he knew his right and that I wasn’t allowed to take his photo in the park. If I continued, he would beat me up with his stick. . Maybe he was high because of the joint he was smoking with his friend at the time, or maybe he just didn’t have his cup of coffee yet that morning. Whatever the case may be, there are times when you have to realize that no amount of attempts to explain yourself will he ever listen to you. I simply packed up and left the area to which he yelled out, that’s better. . Has anything like this happened to you too? .
