CR Campaign 4 theory (Azune)
Hey guys...anyone else remember Brennan mentioning that old "Oberdemian Empire"? (I can't find its spelling in the CR Wiki so I'm just going off how it sounded in the stream.) I think he mentioned it during the Seekers' traveling along that old giant stone highway in the dark desert. Something along the lines of the Old Oberdemian emperors had the priestly houses of both Tachonis and Halovar and long ago the Oberdemian emperors fell.
Azune is a sorcerer from an unknown house. Very powerful.
How freaking cool would it be if he (and his sister!!) are the last remaining heirs to, say, an old sorcerer empire.
HOW WILD WOULD THAT BE YOU GUYS?! Sunset Eyes could be a long lost emperor, unknown even to himself! And HOW would a discovery of that kind shake the foundations of the Sundered Houses?!! AAHHHHHHH
