My sandcastles travel over fragile paper airplanes They travel with concern and are destroyed at the first breath of rising wind Sometimes storms come and people around me go away because they get sand in their eyes But they do not understand: My castles are broken I'm destroyed I don't have just sand in my eyes, I'm in pieces Sometimes I build my sand castles near the water, right on the shore, near the sea There is easier to dig and the nearness gives me safety But sometimes even the weakest wave sweeps them away Unconscious of the commitment put into building them Sometimes I build sand castles around me as a shield, I say to myself As a wall, think others Sometimes I exaggerate with the height and even the feeblest ray of sun doesn't come in anymore My sandcastles are my curse and my salvation The problem is that they are indestructible from the outside: I must have the power To tear them down.

I honestly can’t be expected to do anything after therapy ever.

A few times I have been so caught up in thinking afterwards that I have taken wrong turns and gotten lost going home. Also I’ve driven way too fast toward red lights without realizing they were red.

Today I completely forgot that I had an appointment with my psychiatrist and I just outright didn’t go. I didn’t realize until just now-- three hours after the appointed time.

I feel like my brain is in a blender. Ugh.

I just pulled the string to get off at the next bus stop but then when the guy oppened the bus door I realized my stop wasn't for another 4 stops and I was like sorry sorry sorryeeee and everyone punched me in the throat with their eyes.
