probably not exactly what this blog is about, but heroforge (site for making d&d minis) has mobility aids now! (cane, wheelchair, and both underarm and forearm crutches) and going through their pose options with an aid equipped is the best pose reference i have found for canes and crutches bc they're all very dynamic and interesting but also manage to take the aids into account really well, i highly recommend it! plus since it's in 3d and a character maker you can play with angles of the camera and accessories and clothes for the reference. i just also recommend turning rendering down if your computer is notably slow or if like me, you have an unearthly amount of tabs open at any given time lol

this blog is really exciting to me, and i cannot wait to see what kinds of things it acquires in the future! :D

This is the same anon from the longer message but I just wanted to say that I am someone with much darker skin than most so this is my first hand experience. Please don’t feel like you have to follow my views only!

Adding onto what that other person said, people with darker complexions can go pale as well. Of course, they aren’t going to become ghostly pale but they can still have the redness or warmth drain from their face.

There’s a major difference between physical capabilities and visible capabilities and sometimes you need to look beyond a dictionary definition.

Reddit threads and forums by darker skin people are a very helpful way to find out information like this if you don’t experience it yourself.

Even if you think something is a stupid question, it’s better to ask and be wrong and be able to fix your mistake right away than not ask, still be wrong, and then face consequences.
