super ramen by rudifook, sri petaling.
came back here for some good ramen, and they were doing octopus special menu since the whole world is currently crazy about squid game. ordered the tokyo shoyu octopus ramen and spanish tomato octopus ramen with sloppy kimchee gyoza as side, raspberry rose drink and sea salt vanilla ice cream.
the meal was very satisfying, raspberry rose drink is actually pretty good, the taste is very natural, not artificial at all, which is quite surprising. the gyoza is deep fried so it has a really crispy skin, the meat is yummy and it’s nice to eat with the slightly sourish kimchi and cucumber. both ramen taste good for me, but the tomato broth is much thicker while shoyu broth is more soupy. the flavors are appetizing and the octopus are super thick and bouncy. ice cream with sea salt is also surprisingly nice, something to try at home in the future.
definitely recommend this ramen place to anyone who wants to try fusion menu or something different, as they have so many options and combinations of ramen with different specials every month too. of course, there’s the more conventional choices for the less adventurous too. service is pretty good as well with quite reasonable pricing.
