I’m sorry but the insistence that there is a super injunction is false. No one knows if there is one, it was just put forward by a larrie years ago as a possible explanation as to why there weren’t any pics of Harry and Louis together. If there was a super injunction no one would know about it because that’s not information the courts would make available. Harry got an injunction to prevent paps from taking his pics in front of his ‘home’ which was published.
I'm not insisting on it. It's what i believe because i find it highly plausible and it's a smart thing to do in their case.
You're kind of wrong saying that no one knows. Super-injunctions makes media coorporations not able to report on who has obtained a super-injunction and prevents them from publishing information and it becoming public. But in order to do that they need to know about who and what the injunction is about. The Daily Telegraph has reported that there currently exists 12 super-injunctions. So media and people in media (top bosses at least) knows about it.
There are several reasons why larries think there is a super-injunction in place. There was an instance years ago where HL was walking side by side on a street. The pics of them in the daily mail were cropped to show them seperate and published in the same article. That's just silly, but it might be that it had to be done not to be in breach of an injunction.
