Revealing the bingo board for the Superbat Media Marathon 2026!

Every single piece of media here has been compiled by certified Superbat Lovers for some of their favorite interactions between Superman and Batman. Any catch your eye? Any you want to find out more about? Join our marathon that ends on March 31 and starts NOW!!!

You can read and watch as much or as little as you want, either just to get one bingo, or to try and fill out the entire board. All of these are beginner-friendly and standalone, though they vary in length. Squares should only be crossed off if you (re)visit them in these two months, but take your time! Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint!

Not sure what the hell the differences between pre- or post-crisis are or where to find a comic to read? We’ve explained it all in excruciating detail.

Superbat Media Marathon 2026

An event geared towards getting fans—new and old—engaged in Superbat’s canonical media with a bingo-style marathon!

Are you a fan of Superbat who’s been wanting to get into comics, but feel overwhelmed about where to start? Want to watch shows or movies featuring strangely homoerotic moments between Superman and Batman? Curious about the Superman radio show? Looking to revisit various canon Superbat interactions and have some people to yap about them with? Then this event is for you!

How does it work?

We’ve compiled a list of 24 interactions between Bruce and Clark in canon on a bingo board, from comic issues and arcs to animated shows and movies (and even the Superman radio show!). They’re all beginner-friendly, standalone, and fun to revisit if you’ve seen them already!

On February 1, we released the bingo board and an accompanying guide to understand how to access comics and shows, what comic continuities mean, and more. Until March 31, you’re welcome to try and hit every single square, aim for a bingo, or even get just one square crossed off—read/watch as little or as much as you want!

Who can participate and where?

This event is open to everyone: from beginners who haven't engaged with canon before to more experienced readers who have been looking to reread or rewatch canon and discuss it in community.

The Superbat Media Club Discord server will be hosting watchparties, comic readalongs, and forum discussions for anyone to jump in and out of, but joining our discord isn’t required for participation! You can also participate on Tumblr by posting discussions and liveblogs with the tag #superbatmediamarathon or be a silent participant.

What if I’ve already read/watched/listened to something on the list? Can I mark it?

These bingo boards are for the squares you’ve checked during the marathon from February 1 to March 31. You’ll have to revisit it to mark it off, but we’re using the honor system here. If you wanna cheat, we ain’t gonna catch you.

After two months, the first Superbat Media Marathon has come to an end!

We’ve loved seeing everyone engage with canon Superbat. Hopefully, this event has shown you new Superbat stories you weren’t aware of, reminded you to revisit some old ones, or just given you a space to yap about Superbat and have fun with us!

Do you want to watch the STAS: World’s Finest crossover or Superman/Batman: Public Enemies with a gang of likeminded nerds? Or read Clark and Bruce’s very first meeting in comics history? Have you been meaning to read Clark and Bruce’s original World’s Finest comic series or try out the smaller miniseries that came after the Post-Crisis reboot?

These five stories and several more will be featured in the Superbat Media Marathon—here’s a sneak peak! This bingo board will be the focus of the two month long marathon, in which you’ll read, watch, or listen to media on the board, and then (if you’re feeling social) come talk about them with others in the Superbat Media Club discord or on tumblr. Two Weeks Left!

We officially have two weeks left of the Superbat Media Marathon 2026. Time to sprint to the finish line—read a few more issues, watch a few more episodes, join our Discord streams for one more movie!

While the event officially ends on March 31, all of these resources will still be around! You’re welcome to continue going through the bingo at your own pace, as well as continuing discussions in our Discord server where our forum posts will remain open for anyone to use.

It’s been so exciting watching everyone engage with our event and we’re super proud of it and all of our participants!

If you’re still looking for people to read or watch canon Super/Bat content with, don’t worry, the Superbat Media Club will still be up and running! While we won’t be focusing on Superbat teamups, we’ll be taking the next 10 months to engage with more individual Superman or Batman media, before starting our second World’s Finest Superbat Media Marathon in February 2027 (with a brand new list of Superman and Batman teamups!).

Every month starting April 1, our club will focus on two comics (one Superman, one Batman), and two non-comic media (like movies, television, the radio show, etc) focusing on each of our superheroes respectively—four pieces of media total! You’re welcome to join us at any time, or just feel free to hang out in our server while doing your own thing. See you there :3
