This drawing also serves as another kinda overlap/transition between the Muppets in Costume series and the next set, SESAME STREET MONSTERS. . This is the more "classic" Super Grover attire; his helmet was revised pretty significantly in later years to be a little more flashy and less rumpled, but I definitely prefer some patina on my Super Grover. Finding reference for these older skits was challenging, so again, there are pieces and parts from everywhere and a lot of filling in the blanks. Do you have a favorite Super Grover adventure?
