I’ve never seen customer service like this. Irene, the store manager of Super Heroes Cafe, served me the wrong coffee. I didn’t really notice it until she informed me. I told her it’s okay. After a minute, she gave me a slice of Superman’s Oreo Cheesecake. I declined her offer but she strongly insisted. I was so impressed with her gesture that I asked to have a picture with her so I can show it. After taking the picture, she came back with a Joker Mug, a mini comic book, and some lollipops. She said it’s all free. I told her I cannot accept them because it’s too much. Again, she strongly insisted. Finally, our friend was happy to get the lollipops for their 3-year-old and thanked Irene for saving them the trouble of looking for one. When Irene found out, she got more lollipops and gave it to our friend. I was blown away. This is not just excellent customer service, this is customer delight. The new standard in a very competitive environment is not just serving the customer but WOWING them. I will definitely be back here because of Irene.
