im sorry if this is too specific but, can you write a fic or hcs where the reader is a mermaid jack finds and at first when he tells the gang about her they don't believe him but then she like reveals herself? if it's too specific just delete this or simplify it if you want

Lol I sent in a mermaid request to someone (forget who) so I already love the idea.
He’ll come back to camp one day soaked
Abigail will freak out because - like father like son - the boy can’t swim
While she’s fussing over him he tries to tell her about his new friend
“She pulled me from the water and said she’d teach me to swim,”
Then he described what his new friend looked like
“A tail?!”
“Honey, there ain’t no such thing as a person like that,” his mother will tell him
He’ll insist that you exist and that you DO have a tail
He’ll pout for the rest of the night because no one believes him, not even Uncle Arthur
The next day Abigail tells him not to leave camp and to stay away from the water
He doesn’t listen
So she sends John and Arthur after him
They follow his trail through the woods and come to a lake
They hear splashing and Jack laughing
As they get closer they see him in the lake, will all his clothes on (Abigail’s not going to be happy about that) in the arms of a woman
The two men awkwardly look away as it looks like she’s not wearing any clothes
In reality scales are covering her ‘lady bits’
They don’t see this till she and Jack get closer
Jack gets out of the water with a huge smile and points
“See! I told you!” he super excited while the two men are shell-shocked
They look at each other to Jack to her to each other
Jack, not really understanding or noticing their shock, goes on to properly introduce you
The two are awkward and mumble greetings while you giggle at their reactions
