Superman looks like one of his creators to me. Jerry Siegel has to have been the model for Clark Kent. I seriously can't look at one and not see the other. I know Jerry Siegel's wife was the design model for Lois Lane, so I think Jerry Siegel should the model for Clark Kent. The only thing I found weird is that Jerry Siegel (in the photo on his wikipedia page at least) had a very round face shape. I think, but I don't know if I'm right. All I know is that only one Superman actor looks like he matches Jerry Siegel in the physical appearance thing (mind you, I didn't actually look too hard). That's George Reeves, the 1950s Superman. I don't know if I would like his show, but I think he might look the best of all the live action supermen. I might also make more carve outs for other actors if I go looking later and see something I can find works well in their physical portrayal, but I don't think I have any desire to remember all this later.

I'm beginning to feel kind of weird about all this. I think I feel like I'm coming off weird for talking about people's physical appearances so much. I don't want to seem like I'm weirdly obsessed with that kind of thing, because I really don't feel I am. If I was, I'd be a hypocrite. Because I'm sure I'd have elements of my appearance people could judge too. So before we go down a weird rabbit hole that ends in awkwardness all around, I'm just gonna post this.
