I'm so stuck on your idea of Brian trying to pull Dean and failing but maybe-

Brian fucking Sam in front of Dean and withholding him unless he lets Brian do him first (really, he needs to know if Dean'd take care of Sam, he's grown fond of him because of his proximity to Justin and doesn't want to see him broken again. But also Dean is gorgeous and Brian Wants).

Dean initially hesitant and angry because Brian got to have Sam- but he'd do anything for Sam after all.

And then the whole prospect intrigues him, a world of glitter, opulence, a kind of abandon he's never been allowed to have. A hot guy he'd never have considered but seeing him get those sounds of of Sam drives him nuts, he needs to know; to feel. Don't get him wrong, Dean's always made do, be it women, booze, saving people hunting things TM, and has never wanted for anything.

Except Sam.

I don't know if Brian could really get Dean to fuck him. Brian is so... soft? under his arrogance and trauma. he'd look at Dean's pretty face and underestimate what it would take to control him. I do think Justin could get Dean to fuck him and Sam at the same time and that threesome? yeah, I'd be there for that

what I'm picturing though is Brian dangling a fucked out, high-as-a-kite Sam in front of an angry, possessive Dean and saying, "you want him? take him"

this may veer out of crack and into plain crossover territory, but. but. a couple months ago I had a dream about Sam dancing at Babylon (qaf) to pay for school and I really think I'm onto something (x)

Sam goes to Penn instead of Stanford (the lion does not concern itself with geographic vagaries nor the 300 miles between Penn and Pittsburgh)

it's probably qaf season 3 ish (yes, because that puts Sam and Justin at about the same age with their floofiest haircuts both doing the student thing). plus, then Sam gets to see Justin and Ethan being all sweet together and actually wonder if he wants that for the first time in his life

there's no formally established wincest, except they probably kissed once and Dean pretended like it didn't happen the next day and Sam would've stayed if Dean had just done it again and they both know it

Brian probably takes Sam home the very first time he goes to Liberty Avenue. Sam has been with guys, but not while so high and so open about it and it was mostly secret fumbles in small towns and Brian folds his long-long legs up like a pretzel and blows his mind

Sam gets every bit as much dick as he deserves but he's having a hard time affording necessities. and when he starts dancing at Babylon, he's not as lucky as Justin and the rape at fuckface's house is brutal. Sam only remembers enough of it to have flashbacks. but he's dancing at the bar and making killer money and starting to really feel the stress of being up (and high) all night and acing his Civ Pro midterms

so when Dean comes for him, he doesn't find Sam in a cute little house with a pretty girl. he finds Sam, panting and sweating and on e, getting eiffel towered in the backroom. Sam is too high to remember to be subconscious about how swollen his mouth is or how he's naked in semi-public or how his brother just caught a glimpse of his slutty, relaxed asshole all sloppy with lube. he just touches Dean's chest and feels the bass thrumming through his body and says, "you're here. why're you here"

Dean "easy tiger"s him, being gentle helping Sam get dressed but inside he's l i v i d and plotting murder because no man should be able to lay hands on Sam and live (except him but he doesn't let himself think that, not ever). Sam's so cuddly while he's still high and Dean thinks he might not have a choice about whether they kiss again because Sam keeps stroking his cheek and pressing their foreheads together

they fall asleep wrapped around each other like they haven't since they were kids, but Sam is fully in unstable comedown when he wakes up a couple hours later. it's still dark and Sam's skin hurts and he keeps asking if Dean even cares. "if I care about what, Sammy?" "you don't. when are you gonna leave me?"

Sam is probably the first person Justin fucks after he breaks up with Ethan and gets back with Brian. please I beg you picture those fluffy-headed, gasp-y cuties kissing and Justin fucking him ass up and holding onto that playthings arch in Sam's back

and Dean HATES Brian. and Brian HATES Dean. they're only similar in the ways that make them uncomfortable and angry, but they're very similar. Dean hates knowing that Brian took something that he'd passed up when it was offered to him. Brian hates Dean because he assumes he can pull Dean easy, but the guy doesn't seem interested in dick or pussy, just Sam

of course Jess is there. they have a kind of open arrangement (maybe that Sam can fuck in the backroom and stuff but not in their house) and she's angry to come home and find Dean tangled up with Sam (and super confused when Sam says "it's not like that. he's my brother")
