Gonna be a bit of a flood today kids. Lost a couple of updates I made that were already meant to be on the blog so I’m going to have to start them over from scratch.

So reintroducing Libby Aka the Fabulous Adlib an Act-Droid with dreams and aspirations and more human qualities than anyone would like. Overdosed on passion but next to no drive (gear shift or otherwise) to meet it. 

Here’s some character designs for Libby’s comic book counterpart (made by the talented @supersoftly ) made to show off more of her unbridled slacker side. We’re drawing a line in the sand and separating Libby the actress from Adlib the character but no matter what she does, she’s still a ray of sunshine in a world of neon.

Below her we’ve got her manager/sponsor Seppukuma (Kuma to friends and also designed by @supersoftly ).

For the bare bear backstory that he has, he’s the representative and animatronic mascot of a life insurance company aimed at children which sponsors “Monster Hunter: Adlib” (that’s the game). He’s most well known for his PG/13 commercials where he keeps “accidentally” getting destroyed. It could happen to anyone. Don’t worry another model is just dumped seconds later from an enigmatic pipe from the sky.

He’s a pragmatic “soul” and a struggling alcoholic who’s tired of dying but wouldn’t wish his job on anybody else. He also has tattoo stitched on his bear bottom that says “Smackeral” (ala Winnie the Pooh)

Hey, you probably have gotten this a lot, but I just wanted to thank you for the public recommendation of Komi-san. I was put off of it because of the art (it's just not my personal taste) and that these kinda of mangas sometimes tend to use the " pretty-and-doesn't-know-it trope" particular setups as otaku-bait, but I now see the manga is wonderfully endearing and genuinely caring about people who don't know how to communicate. It's been a lovely read, so thanks!

Half of it was unfunny white guys trying to make quirky jokes, and the other half is asserting that Nioh, a game made by a Japanese development team (Team Ninja) making a game based on an unfinished Akira Kurosawa script (Who is Japanese) about a real life historical figure who was Japan’s first western Samurai and helped shape the future of the nation (William Adams) is whitewashing

loldark souls never played | want to play | terrible | boring | okay | good | great | a favoritei have gotten as far as the first boss and quit like three times, i just don’t have the patience most of the time to play any of the dark souls games. i think they’re great games, i’m personally just more into grinding out some kind of resources and getting rare loot drops i guess  leaga legens never played | want to play | terrible | boring | okay | good | great | a favorite i don’t really play league anymore except AR urf which is live right now, but i have to acknowledge that it was my go-to for years and that i still keep tabs on it (the forgemaster champion looks so coooool)
