Ino is done playing fair and is about to cheat a little. Naruto isn't good when it comes to genjutsu so when she rides him she makes him think that it is Hinata being the one riding him. Because his love for Hinata increases the chance of ejaculation. When Ino succeeds in her goal in making him fail on the last day... that is when she will drop the illusion and make Naruto realize that he lost to her.
The thing with Naruto is that he is always a loving husband.
