Supervising a card game... "Supervising" a card game
It is not my duty as a supervisor to be responding to my students 24/7.
It’s ok to have time off and let them wait until I have time to work and help them with their issues.
I am probably too friendly so they see me more as their peer than supervisor. I have to set the boundaries. I do not have to be available all the time including weekends and evenings.
Today’s webinar about supervising students was very helpful... I have a lot to think about.

Here are my layouts for our movie Oasis. As I was head of layout, I actually had to work on almost every layout of the movie... with approximately a hundred shots and 60 to 70 layouts, those ones seems really not that much...! Big thank you to @luananguyentriluan who helped me retaking those tons of layouts during our biggest rush of the year !!
